Good place in Caribbean / Bahamas to Vacation with mom?
Each year my mom and I go on vacation together. She just got a passport and would like to go to the caribbean or the bahamas this year. I’ve been to Jamaica and loved it, but it was a couples-only resort. Anyone know of a non-couples place (preferably all-inclusive) to go with my mom?

Why would a wife, mother of our 4 children, want to go on vacation to Bahamas w/girlfriends, no spouses?
My wife is a good looking 42 year old woman and I do not feel comfortable with her going with 3 of her married friends without their husbands. I told her in so many words that she can’t go and that is not fitting for married women to go on vacation without their husbands because they will be hit on and with alcohol, things could happen.
Am I wrong for telling her she is not to go. Is she wrong for wanting to leave me for a week to go to the Bahamas?

Best place in Bahamas for our family to vacation this summer?
Our family is thinking of vacationing in either Hawaii or the Bahamas. We used to live in Hawaii so we know what it’s like there. But we have never been to the Bahamas. It will be our parents and me and my sister we are 21 and 18. So we want to know which would be the best place for us to visit and do things during the day as a family but at night for the 2 of us to go out to the bars and clubs that are safe but still have things for our parents to do? What should I do in Freeport / Nassau Bahamas on vacation?
My dh and I are taking a cruise in October to the Bahamas. We’ll be in Freeport for about 8 hours then in Nassau for 24 hours. I am interested in the history and scenery, not necessarily the beaches or shopping. What should we not miss?
